Dr. Jamie Lee
Dr. Lee believes in ethical, conservative dentistry. That means doing the least amount of dental work necessary in order to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. After listening to the patient, she will go over all the treatment options and come up with a treatment plan that makes sense to the patient. With the help of her friendly and experienced staff, she aims to provide comfortable and efficient care with predictable results.
A little bit of background…
Dr. Lee grew up in the nearby town of La Canada Flintridge and attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate studies in biology (Go Bears!). She then spent a year in New Orleans eating gumbo and watching the Saints win the Super Bowl, and also getting a Master’s Degree at Tulane University. During her undergraduate and graduate years, she shadowed and worked for multiple dental practices and decided that helping people with their oral health was both fun and fulfilling (yes, fun). She returned to the Bay Area to get her dental degree at the University of the Pacific and to her dismay also witnessed the Giants win the World Series (go Dodgers!). After working in private practice in Southern California for a number of years, she decided she wanted to try and make it on her own.
She found a very special practice called Nelson Dental Group, a cornerstone of the Fullerton community since the 1950s when Dr. Fenn Nelson first opened the practice and then a continued legacy with Dr. Curt Nelson until he retired just recently. Dr. Lee strives to continue the tradition of integrity and quality as well as continue to work with the staff who have helped make the dental office feel more like an extended home and regular dental appointments feel more like a visit with friends for patients over the years. Together, she hopes to earn your trust and build a lasting relationship.
